The roster also includes favorites like Modest Mouse, M.I.A., TV On The Radio, Built To Spill, Deerhunter, Akron/Family and Tom Jones (Yeah, you read that right.) The second annual festival runs from August 28 through August 30 in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.

The festival is a partnership between Another Planet Entertainment, Superfly Productions, Starr Hill Presents, and The San Francisco Recreation And Park Department. Tickets for the three-day fest go on sale Sunday, April 19, at 10 PM PST, with a significant portion of all sales to benefit San Francisco's Recreation And Park Department.
